DoxyFilt source processing script

The DoxyFilt.pl script and its associated classes provide a tool kit for processing non-C/C++ data into doxygen::Current modules will convert POD-enabled Perl, DOS/Windows batch files, and *NIX shell scripts. Command-line arguments can be used to fine tune or extend the script's capabilities.

There are two main goals for this project:

• making legacy Perl code accessible to doxygen
• utilizing doxygen to its fullest from POD

The result is like using doxygen but with the POD integrated into the resulting doxygen documentation tree. The best of both worlds!
